Communication through email and SMS

As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and text messages. For example, we will send you email / SMS related to orders you have placed, SMS with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as a legitimate interest and consent will not be sought.

If you pay with Vipps in the online store, your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification. 


If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit. Mailchimp is used for email marketing or sending out newsletters. Your name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.


We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
