Do you have a customer service hotline?

As a small business, we don’t offer customer service phone support at this stage however we are available to contact by email. 

You can get in contact with a dedicated North Eco Store team member by email at We aim to respond within 24 hours (on business days), depending on how urgent your query is. Your email is important to us so we request that if your enquiry is urgent, please write URGENT in the subject line of your email.

Where can I find care instructions?

In an effort to reduce all unnecessary waste our product information and care instructions can be found online on the individual product page. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed by us in Norway and produced by approved manufacturers around the world. We ensure industry regulations are met and employees are treated ethically.  Where possible we change suppliers to ensure we are producing the most environmentally friendly products.

How are your products packaged?

We use recyclable packaging for products that need it for hygienic or protective reasons however most of our products come to you with minimal packaging or completely package free. 

How will my order be shipped?

All our packaging and shipping materials are sustainable or are re-used internal items diverted from waste, which are recyclable or compostable. 

When packing your order we will use the following -

  • Compostable Mailers 
  • Recycled or FSC certified boxes - Packed with eco-friendly filling, which may at times include boxes or packing paper from our manufacturers. 
  • Tape - We use 100% recyclable paper tape for sealing our boxes. 

What happens if my product is faulty?

 If you find that your item is faulty you can contact us at Include your name, order number, the name of the item that is faulty and include any photos or videos of the issue, so that we can assist you to the best of our ability.
